Background
This business is a labor of love that has been passed down from my Father. Growing up on job sites with my Dad's Spec Home Building Business, I learned early on about hard work and quality. Being in the industry for most of my life doing everything from building trusses, painting houses, window installation, new construction cleanup, laborer, and working up to General Superintendent gave me the knowledge and skills best suited for Home Inspections. Remodeling several houses and continuously helping with handyman type jobs has only added to my expertise in the industry. With my background and attention to detail, I will provide the quality home inspection you need.
Mission Statement
With my extensive background in construction and the experience of buying and selling 4 of my own personal homes, I step on each property, prepared to provide the highest level of informative inspection for each client as if it was my own.
Be Confident In Your Property Report
I will provide a thorough, visual inspection of all major systems and components. After careful review of all the information, I will assemble a well crafted and easy to understand report, including pictures. This report will be electronically sent to you within 24 hours. Hard copies of your report can be mailed upon request.

Ability to do all Inspections within the Greater Sacramento Area, Placer County, Bay Area and most of Northern California. Longer distances may incur a travel fee.
